What to include

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, ProofPocket app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not email sensitive receipt photos unless support specifically asks for an example.

Common answers

ProofPocket stores records locally on your device. Deleting the app can remove locally stored proof records and attached photos unless you have a device backup.
